Payment:

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover through PayPal. No credit card? You can also pay with a check through PayPal. There is no cost for you to use PayPal services, and you do not need a PayPal account. Plus, PayPal does not share your information with merchants, so it is 100% safe.

If your bank offers money transfers using "Popmoney" you can use that feature to pay for your order. U.S. orders only.Message us for details.

We also accept checks and money orders drawn on U.S. banks, but there will be a delay in shipping until the item clears our bank.

International quantity orders require payment by bank wire, Western Union, or MoneyGram. E-mail us for more information.

Law Enforcement and Fire Agencies and Dealers:

We offer a 10% discount and combined shipping on orders of at least ten of the same item to law enforcement and fire agencies and retail dealers. Agencies and dealers can also special order specific color combinations and flash patterns if paid in advance. Email us for details.

Shipping:

We strive to ship within two business days of receiving payment. Standard shipping is via USPS Parcel Select or UPS Ground. Small items may be shipped via First Class Mail Parcel. Ground shipping times vary depending upon the destination. The carrier will send you a tracking number that will allow you to track your item. Most items ship from Arizona. Some may ship from California.

If you need the item in a hurry, email us with your Zip Code and we will give you a quote on Priority Mail 2 or 3 day or Express Mail 1-Day.

Shipping/handling charges INCLUDE insurance on the full value of the item, whenever permitted by the shipper.

Canadian Shipping:

Unfortunately, PayPal cannot be configured to automatically compute the additional cost for International Priority shipping to Canada. Therefore, we must bill Canadian customers for the additional postage. Your purchase will be shipped as soon as the invoice is paid. Some shipments to Canada may be made via International First Class Mail.

Warranties

Dash-Flash® products are covered by a factory warranty for manufacturing defects. We are a manufacturer and wholesale distributor and do not mark up the price of the products to offer a retail warranty of our own. Factory warranty periods vary by product, with most being 12 months from date of purchase. A few items are for a lesser period. The defect rate for Dash-Flash® products is only a fraction of one percent.

If a Dash-Flash® product becomes defective DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT within the warranty period, the customer is responsible for returning it to the factory for testing and evaluation. If the problem is determined to be a manufacturing defect, the item will be repaired or replaced for no charge. The customer will only be billed for shipping back to the customer. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

Shipping Damage:

We inspect and bench test all items prior to shipping to ensure that they are working perfectly. Our responsibility for an item ends when it is consigned to the shipping carrier. If you receive an item that is broken or non-functional, it is the result of excessive rough handling by the shipping carrier. Such damage is the responsibility of the carrier, NOT Police and Fire Store, LLC. All shipments are covered by shipping insurance. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier for repair or replacement of the damaged item under the shipping insurance. You must keep the box and all packing materials for possible pick-up and inspection by the carrier. Once the carrier approves the claim, we can repair or replace the item. All additional shipping is the responsibility of the buyer (although shipping charges may be included in the insurance claim).

Returns & Cancellations:

We are a manufacturer and wholesale distributor, not a retailer. We do not ordinarily accept returns. We only sell brand new, unused items. We never sell open box, factory seconds, or used items. Therefore, we cannot accept returned items that have been opened or installation attempted (plugged in) because we cannot resell them as new. If you change your mind about a purchase after it has been shipped, DO NOT OPEN THE BOX, but request a Return Authorization and ship it back to us prepaid and insured. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to ensure that it has not been unwrapped or damaged. If it is still in brand new, unopened condition, and no charges are due, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee to cover the bench testing, packaging, and handling. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we made an error. Returns without a Return Authorization number on the box will be refused and returned to sender.

In any event, we will not accept return requests more than 15-days after receipt by the customer.

Since we do not accept returns, please note dimensions and mounting details shown for each item before purchasing. We also recommend that you ask any questions you may have before purchasing to be certain that the item will work for your intended application. We will provide as much data as possible to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We will provide a 100% refund on cancellations UNLESS the order has already been pulled, bench tested by a technician, and/or packaged for shipment. In that case, the 15% restocking fee will apply to recoup a portion of our costs.

Out of Warranty Repairs:

In the rare event that a Dash-Flash® product fails after the expiration of the manufacturing defect warranty, or from a cause other than a manufacturing defect, our tech department is able to make most repairs for a nominal charge for parts and labor. Please email us for details.
